Yes, we can! If you have the original document (proof- thereof) we’d be happy to duplicate it for you. Simply send it to us and we will create an exact replica for you- complete with all the requested details and specifications. To expedite your order, we recommend scanning the document as an image in JPG format and sending it to us via email.
A digital version (either in JPG or PDF format) of your document will be sent first for your approval. Once approved, you’ll receive a printed copy (via mail) at the address you provide.
Yes! You can, but we always recommend that you use high quality paper and adjust your printer’s quality settings. Printing from home allows you have the printed document in your hands much quicker than if we sent it by mail.
We only accept bank transfer. For international customers you can use a service such as Transfer wise to send an international payment at a very low cost.
Absolutely! We offer our regular/repeat clients discounts for multiple orders. For instance, if you place an order for additional sets of documents, we are able to offer you a lower cost.
Absolutely! Our standard procedure for processing orders is to always email a ‘soft’ copy to our customers prior to shipping. In fact. Your printed document will only be process and mailed once you have given your final approval.
Depending on how quickly you approve the digital copy, we generally will mail the day after your final approval. For example, if you approve your digital copy on a Monday, your printed copy would be mailed out on Tuesday. Printed paper copies usually arrive within 1-3 business days- depending on your location.
If your address is local, we ship via Royal Mail First Class. International orders are shipped by Royal Mail International. Shipping costs are included in your order.
If for any reason your document does not arrive within a reasonable amount of time, we will send you another one-free of charge.
All documents are shipped in a large brown or white A4 envelope with no references to our company name. Upon request, we can also ship your documents in a smaller standard sized envelope.
